All orders on aguatesla.com are shipped for free within Europe.

Can I have an order delivered to a PO box address?
We recommend that you do not use a PO box address when placing an order, but a regular address.

Can I track my order?
Yes, of course! Your order will be sent with track and trace.

My account states that my order has been shipped. Why have I not received my order?

We strive to have your order delivered as soon as possible. If it has been more than 3 working days since your order has the status ‘Shipped’ and you have not yet received the order, please contact us. If this period is shorter than 3 working days, we kindly ask you to be patient. It is possible that your package will still be delivered within this period. It is also possible that the delivery person has delivered your order to your co-residents or to your neighbors. That is why we ask you to inquire with your neighbors or co-residents.
